Privacy
This is a minimal privacy statement for the static website and request intake.
What we collect
- Information you submit via the request form (name, email, optional phone, organization, notes).
- Basic server metadata (timestamp, IP, user-agent) for abuse protection and audit.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request (PoC/demo/training/integration).
- To keep an audit trail of inbound requests and prevent spam abuse.
Retention
Requests are stored in the protected SRAKI application database for operational follow-up and spam prevention. Public submissions create inquiries only and never create a User account. You can request deletion by email, subject to legal and operational retention duties.
User Portal access
There is no public self-registration. An authorized administrator creates a User account only after identity, agreement and capital confirmation. Portal sessions use role-based access, HttpOnly cookies and anti-forgery protection.
